For a customer in Poland we have produced 2 PS-AMS quarter-turn actuators, one PSQ203AMS11 with a torque of 250 Nm and one PSQ503AMS12 with 500 Nm. It was also important to the customer to receive an analogue feedback signal in addition to the digital communication, which is easily possible with our PS-AMS actuators.
Profibus DP replaces the many parallel wiring bundles by one single two-core field bus cable that digitally connects all levels from the field level to the process control room.
